This client had a very long wish list which was achieved by; soundproofing the walls and floors to remove the most creakiest sounding floor, fitting air-conditioning throughout the bedroom, and dressing area. Upgrading dimmable spotlights and more sockets for ambient lamps provided layers of usable light. A dressing room area which maximised storage area with bespoke walk-in mirrored wardrobes. The ensuite was extended to include underfloor heating, the replacement of a bath with a room-width bespoke glass shower and the addition of a spa-like glass door. Shutters were added with blackout blinds to provide absolute darkness. P.I.R sensored plinth lights in the dressing room area were added for night time movement. The existing bed frame was a unique size and made of pine so we upholstered it with a navy zebra print fabric to complement the vibrant wallpaper on the highlight wall. A ‘pocket’ sliding doorway maximised the flow of the bedroom and dressing room area.
